He is survived by: his wife DeeAnn; his daughters, Kirsten McDougal and Jessica Johnson; his grandchildren, Carlye McDougal, Patience Reeves, Nadia McDougal and Reeves; and his sisters, Diane Ferrin and Erla Pherson.
