He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Campbell and Arreva Jorgensen; his siblings, Robert, Lawrence, James Richard, David Bruce, Janet Whitney, Arreva Grace Campbell and Margaret Ann Cummins; and his nieces and nephews, Margaret Ann Cummins, Ondrea Cummins, Teara Lee Campbell, Travis Cummins and Jason Marcum.
He is survived by: his wife Sonya Wilcox Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Campbell, Sherry Wilcox, Lanae Wilcox, John Cummins and Ken Wilcox (Alice); his nieces and nephews, Shawn Campbell (Lisa), Brett Campbell (Lorna), Jaren Campbell (Pat) and Ryan Campbell (Moani); and his daughters, Jodi Butler (Bryan) and Katrina Passey (Tyler). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
