She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Rawlins; and her siblings, Bill Rawlins, Ben Rawlins, Bob Rawlins, Blair Rawlins and Barbara Rawlins Hatch.

She is survived by: her husband Lynn Thel Noyes; and her children, Colby Lynn Noyes (Jenny), Josh Eldoris Noyes, Jacob Eugene Noyes (Crystal) and Abby Noyes Simpson (Paul). She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Her patience and kindness with her special needs students was truly beautiful and many will remember her contribution to educating those young children.
