In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Victor John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Victor John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alverda Audrey Kirkwood and John Robert Hamilton; and his wife Linda Nelson. He is survived by: his children, Michael, David (Liz), Barbara (Jason), James (Leslie) and Sherri (David). He is also survived by his sister, his sister-in-law, his five children and their spouses, fourteen grandchildren and their spouses, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
