It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toshiko Sugihara Okuda (Layton, Utah), born in Hiawatha, Utah, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Takaichi Sugihara and Koma Sugihara; her spouse Masao Okuda; her son Larry; and her sisters, Emi Matsuura and Chieko Miya.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda and Suzan Yoshimura (Blaine); her granddaughters, Kristin Aramaki (Ryan) and Daley; and her great grandchild Iris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
