He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Nora Wall and William Verd Williams; his wife Joanne Hastings; and his daughters, Colleen and Denise.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Kelley (Duane), Jana Hiner and Jim Williams (Susan); and his siblings, Florence Hohman and Lloyd Williams (Laura). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
