He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Thelma Brown Dorsey; his sisters, Teresa Jackson and Novella Scott; and his niece Sierra Hill. He is survived by: his children, Jai, Noelle and Jackson; his wife Lynette Dixon; his children, Nicholas J. Dixon (Christina), Chris Chacon, Jayde L. Dorsey and Zaiyah Perry; his goddaughters, Faith and Kenzie; his grandchildren, Christina, Dezmond, Ardian, Zoey of Courtney, DJ, Azariah and Saint; his aunt Gladys Hill; and his siblings, Gladys McIntyre (David), Carolyn Cone, Ardella Matthews (Michael), Everette Dorsey (Debra), Everette Hill, Joseph Hill (Vikie), Emmanuel Hill (Katherine), James Roy Hill, Donald Hill (Keisha), Harry Hill and Derek Hill (Krista). He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
