He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Theodore Smith and Dora June Jensen; his grandparents, Jacob Wilford and Charlotte Elizabeth Jensen; his wife Lily Bernice Beagley; and his siblings, JoAnn Monroe (Jim), Alan Jensen (Patti) and Claudia Weingand (Chris).
He is survived by: his uncle Frank LaVell Jensen; his children, Martin Sherman, Steven Smith (Andrea) and Kammy Green (Blake); his grandchildren, Kristopher Smith, Steven Tucker Smith, Mandalyn Green and Makenzie Green; and his great grandchildren, London Smith, Pierson Smith and Jack Smith.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park (4335 W 4100 S, West Valley City, UT 84120).
