It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roy Eugene Millard (Layton, Utah), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Callister and Eugene Charles Millard; and his brothers, Richard and Vance. He is survived by: his siblings, Louise and Darrell; his sister-in-law Rosalie; his nieces and nephews, Brad, Sheri (Joel), Cindi (Stuart), Micheal (Jacqueline), Kaye (Robert), Kristi (Troy), Mark (Holly) and Ann (Jason); and his wife Rosalie. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
