He was predeceased by: his parents, Reno Clingan and Esther "Bobbie" Clingan; and his sisters, Bonnie King and Cheryl Fagan. He is survived by: his wife Diane Clingan; his daughters, Rene Hanney and Denise Washburn (Randy); his grandchildren, Tarah Taylor, Brandon Washburn, Samantha Hanney and Hannah Washburn; his great grandchildren, Averie, Luke, Brooklyn and Sawyer; and his brother Charles "Chuck" Clingan.
