He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sisters, Ruth and Marianne Rickabaugh; and his children, Tammy Swallow (Kevin), Terri Baker (Russell) and Troy Burdett (Diane). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
