He was predeceased by: his parents, William Fredrick and Nora May Crawley. He is survived by: his wife Sharleen Crawley; his children, JoAnn Crawley of Taylorsville, Kaye Lynn Crawley of Taylorsville, Marleen "Marty" Dalrymple (Chad) of Clearfield and Jon Crawley (Carrie) of West Haven; his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittany, Cody, Bailey and Taylor; his sisters, Eldora Gines, Isabell McCombs and Sarah Sandberg; and his caregivers, Ashley, Monica, Shanna and Carly.
