He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl and Hazel Pollock Sevy; his wife Gloria Goulding; his daughter Sandra Eileen Sevy; his siblings, Lyman Sevy and Ardis Sevy Larson; and his great grandchild Ivy Wren Workman.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Laine Sevy (Vickie) of Kaysville, Utah, Bruce K. Sevy (Chad) of Aurora, Colorado and LeeAnne Sevy Bunn (Randall) of Fresno, California. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
