He was predeceased by: his parents, Miles Arthur Hunter and Bernice Fackrell Smith Hunter; his son William Hunter; and his brother Michael Hunter. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Phillips Hunter; his children, Maya, Avery, Ian, Haven Hunter-Holmes of Chesapeake, VA and Brad Hunter; his grandchildren, Leah, Claire, Emery and Olivia of Trophy Club, TX; his daughter Heidi Hunter; his grandchild Maddy of Roanoke, TX; his daughter Karen Simmons; his grandchildren, Calvin, Rebekah, Laurel, Timothy of Cabot, AR and Julie Bangerter; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Caitlin and Lexi of Layton, UT; his granddaughter Debbie Hart; his great grandchildren, Robin, Miles, Molly and Trent of Sante Fe, NM; his grandson Jeff Hunter; his great grandchildren, Ella, Atticus, Emerson and Mathilda of Rio Rancho, NM; his grandchildren, Steve Hunter of Albuquerque, NM, Matt Hunter of Albuquerque, NM, Brian Hunter and Jenny Hunter; his great grandchildren, Marley and Liam Moreira of Bountiful, UT.; and his brother Randy. He is also survived by children and 27 grandchildren, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
