Jay Alonzo Meservy Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Alonzo and Aletha Saunders Meservy; and his sister Darlene Meservy-Jensen (Wynn). He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lynn McMullin Meservy; his daughter Rebecca "Becky" Meservy Hanks (Troy); his grandchildren, Kathryn Bruns (Lorin), Madeleine, Harrison (Rachel) and Henry; his son Jason Alonzo Meservy (Chris); his grandchildren, Joel and Chloe; his daughters, Melinda "Mindy" Meservy and Megan Meservy; his grandchildren, Hyrum and Daniel; his great grandchild Katie Meservy Strader (Adam); his siblings, Jerry Meservy, Beverly Meservy Blasongame (Don), Cheryl Meservy Freebairn (Mark), Carla Meservy Layton (Merrill) and Rosie; and also, CoalBear, Jacob, Emily, Michael, Jay and Patrick. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and great-nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
Over the years, he has served in all of the club offices (three times as president), in District and Multiple District offices, as District Governor, and as Chairman of the Board of the Utah Lions Foundation.
