He is survived by: his parents, Royce H. Phillips, Jr. and Lillian M. Phillips.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Lindquist's Memorial Park (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041).
