He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Robinson Morgan and Dean Walker Morgan; his granddaughter Bailey Rupe; and his daughter-in-law DeAnn Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, JoyLynne (Rus), Jeffery (Marianne) and Jason (Rhonda); and his grandson Justin (Jadee).
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Chapel (2435 E Canyon Rim Dr, Layton, UT 84040).
