She was predeceased by: her parents, Omer Cook and Genevieve Molen Cook; her former husband Archie Douglas Johnson; her husband Hal Schulthies; her son James; her daughter-in-law Lori Johnson; her stepdaughter Shauna Schulties; her great grandchild Alyssa Johnson; and her siblings, Weston, Neil Cook and Freda Holbrook.
She is survived by: her friend Hal Schulthies; her children, GenAnn (Cliff Howard) and Mark (Tammy); her son-in-law Craig Gull (Barbara); and her stepsons, Shane Schulthies (Kimberly) and Rod Schulthies. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
