She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Parker McKenzie and Nettie (Odlety); her husband Jim Hayes (Jim); her siblings, Wilford McKenzie (Bill), Allen Robert McKenzie (Bob), Henry McKenzie (Hank) and Kathryn Collier; and her grandson John Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Brown (Erroll) of Virginia, Mercedes Jenner (Gene) of Utah, Marsha Portelance (Mike) of Colorado, Micki Hayes of California, Melissa Shkidt (Alexei) and Marguerite Lampone (Joey) of Wisconsin. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
