He was predeceased by: his parents, Heman Smith and Edetha Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Clara McDermott and Blake Smith; his wife Donna; and his children, Lauri Myers, Troy, Darren, Heather Jenkins and Chris (Utah). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
