He is survived by: his mother-in-law Angelina Tardibone; his wife Angelina; his children, Jeffrey Osterhout (Veronica) of Clearfield, UT, Sherry Durst (Kevin) of Syracuse, UT and Deborah James (Thaine) of Layton, UT; his grandchildren, Nicholas Osterhout (Kristina), Mariah Bihr (Chance), Dalton Durst (Trinity), Kennedy Hadfield (Austin), Kailey Olavarrieta (Angel) and Hunter James (Kaiya); his great grandchildren, Presley Hadfield, Landry Hadfield, Ezran Durst, Kohen Durst, Ramsey Bihr and Raiden Bihr; and his siblings, Sue Babbitt (John) and John Osterhout (Barbara).
