He was predeceased by: his father Carl John Forsberg. He is survived by: his mother Melba Stratton Forsberg of Spokane, WA; his wife Deanna Lynn Spence; and his siblings, Trudy Forsberg and LeRoy Forsberg (Renee). He is also survived by three nephews; two nieces; five great nephews; and three great nieces.
