In the vast expanse of eternity, Diana Lynn shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Diana Lynn farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schaefer and Lois Stunkel Schaefer; her husband Sid Smith; her siblings, Gary Schaefer and Karen Retzlaff; and her stepdaughter Sheila Collard.
She is survived by: her brothers, Mike Schaefer (Linda), Tim Schaefer and Scott Schaefer (Brenda); her stepdaughter Shawn Smith (Craig); and her grandchildren, Alex (Wade), Shannon (Cameron) and Robert John. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lindquist's Layton Mortuary (1867 N Fairfield Rd, Layton, UT 84041).
