In loving memory of Dana Dovenbarger in Layton, Utah, who departed this world on December 23, 2024 at the age of 72. Dana leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Dana may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dana touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan R. Curtis and Hazel Curtis. She is survived by: her children, Laura Butcher (Dan), Mindy Stock (Todd), Paul Dovenbarger (Alicia) and Wendy Condie (Rick); and her brother Guy E. Curtis. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Bountiful 7th Ward (1250 S Main St, Bountiful, UT 84010). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
