She was predeceased by: her parents, William Earl Garr Sr. and Lucile Holbrook Garr; her brother William Earl Garr Jr.; and her son Kevin Brent Allen. She is survived by: her husband Brent Arvol Allen; her children, Pamela Pace (Mike) of Layton and Bradley Allen (Lynne) of Syracuse; her brother Arnold Kent Garr (Cherie) of Orem; and her sister-in-law Beverly Garr of Ivins. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren, their spouses, and her 7 great-grandchildren.
