He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Ray and Connie Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jensen (Wright); his children, Aaron (Amy), Tyler (Latisha), Jeremy (Shannon) and Miranda (Nick); and his siblings, Brad (Shauna) and Sherry (Grant). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
