It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolynn R. Rock Penman Nelson (Layton, Utah), who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Rock and Reta Robinson Rock; her son David; her siblings, Terry, Craig, Kevin, Saundra and Gerri; and her son-in-law Tom.
She is survived by: her former husband Gary Penman; her husband Paul; her children, Lorra Becker (Henry), Dennece Sawaya (Leo Rivera) and Michael Penman (Tracy); her stepchildren, Derek Nelson (Tara), Angela Porter (Russell), Amy Morris (Dave) and Spencer Nelson (Emily); her siblings, Barbara (Frank Moreno), Beverly Peterson, Shaunna Castillo (Jaime) and Debby Mosher (Michael); and also, Derek, Angela, Amy and Spencer. She is also survived by 22 grandkids and 17 great grandkids.
There is a memorial fund set up at America First Credit Union where donations will be accepted under Carolynn's name.
