She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Dunlap and Helen Dunlap; her husband Richard; her former husband Leland D. Ford; and her daughter Allison Burton (Brett).
She is survived by: her sister Pamela Dunlap Agren (Stuart); her children, Kristin Haderlie (Scott), Shannon Bray (Christopher), Warren Goodworth (Allison) and Megan Richards (Weylin); and also, Brett Burton (Cristy), Stacilee Hosford (Matthew), Corey Ford (Cynthia), Taunalyn Ford and Brook Ford (Susan). She is also survived by 43 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Fiddlers Creek Ward (380 S Fairfield Rd E, Layton, UT 84041). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
