He is survived by: his wife Lynell Bice; and his children, Brittani Linder (Michael), Melanie Schatzel (Thomas), Monica Bay (Adam), Jared Bice, Justin Bice (Erin), Alaina Horton (Kylir), Shaylee Rodriguez, Blake Rosenbaum (Kimber), Alyssa Sanders (Drew) and Jeffrey Hart (Rena). He is also survived by many grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
