It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Parks in Layton, Utah, who passed away on August 11, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Theron Eugene Beckstead and Fay Edna McWhorter; her brother Gordon Eugene Beckstead (Henry Seeley); and her daughter Julie Ann Peterson. She is survived by: her former husband Richard LaMar Parks; her children, Susan Drake and Brad Parks (Michelle); and her son-in-law Gary Peterson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren.
