She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard D. Nelson and Emma Shelby Nelson; her sister Carol; and her siblings-in-law, Dee Evans and Vicky Gilbert Nelson.

She is survived by: her brother Roy Nelson. She is also survived by thirty great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, Barbara has requested that donations be made to LDS Humanitarian Services, your local animal Shelter, or a charity of your choice.
