She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Stanley Neff; her husband Stanley Packer; her grandson David Brandon Chard; and her parents-in-law, Wendell and Arline Packer.
She is survived by: her mother Elaine Christiansen Neff; her children, Anissa Chard (Toni), David Packer (Amber), Mathew Packer (Jill) and Susan Lalliss; her grandchildren, Sara, Aimee, Zoey, Stephanie, Jarek, Alex, Emily, Tyler and London; and her siblings, Steven Neff (Carrie), Rebecca Coleman (Richard), David Neff (Susan) and Nancy Neff. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, one uncle, numerous cousins, as well as a host of friends and neighbors.
