She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Mary Alice Gifford; her husband LeRoy Buhler; and her brothers, Lee and Edwin Gifford (Eddie).

She is survived by: her children, Ann Richey (Bryon), Lynn Nebeker (Kelly), Steve Buhler, Teresa Yorgason, Owen Stockton (Linda), Brenda Hadley (Wendy) of Debbie Hansen, R. J., Valerie Lofswold (Ty) and Kristina White; and her brothers, Dee, Jessie (Kathy) and Donald Gifford (Kathy).
