He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard Jack Horrocks and Karen Lamb Horrocks; his wife Kathy Horrocks; his children, Patrick Glen Horrocks, Jessi Horrocks, Megan Smith (Koby), Mariah Stubbs (Bowdie), Cazden Davis (Alix), Ceely Cook (Tyler) and Sydney Anderson (Treysen); his siblings, DanNette Smuin (Randy), Richard Horrocks (Cathy), Ryan Horrocks and Desiree Sutton (Blake); his siblings-in-law, Tracy (Julie) and Johnathan Deebeen (Mandy); his grandparents, Ronald Taylor, Merl Jenkins Horrocks, Glendon Osmer and Thelma Brinkerhoff Lamb; his parents-in-law, Bruce Van Dyke Deeben and Charlene Ann Reid Jackson; and his brother-in-law Derick Roy Deeben (James Clarence Deeben).
Viewing was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lapoint LDS Chapel (6877 10600 E, Lapoint, UT 84039). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lapoint Cemetery (Paradise Park Rd & E 7300 N, Utah 84039).
