He was predeceased by: his parents, Selma Merle Hackford and Jens Christensen; his grandchildren, JB of Larry, CJ, Cameron and Janetta; his great grandchild Jadyn; and his siblings, Clarence, Wilbert, LeRoy, Vernon Christensen, Lola Christensen and Mary Chivers.
He is survived by: his wife Alice LaDee Mecham; his daughters, Judy Dimick (Scott), Alice Larsen (Alan), Sarah Searle (Preston) and Cindy Smith (Jason); and his siblings, Jewel, Dale, Ted, Dennis, Vance Christensen, Leona Jensen, Bolena Aguilar, Christina Hullinger, Elnora Christensen and Dixie Malone. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren with two more on the way, 6 great-great grandchildren.
