He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney B. Horrocks and Phoebe Martina Hatch Horrocks; and his siblings, Melvyn, Doyel and Gayla.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Sue; his children, Kisha (Mike), Kirby (Amy), Kerry (Melissa), Kristi (Scott), Kurtis (Camille), Kendall (Alison), Kelly (Amber) and Kendra (Cory); and his siblings, Dwain (Barbara), Kent (Jane) and Sherene. He is also survived by 35 grandchildren.
