He is survived by: his children, Derek Richard IkaIka Lowe (Christy), Jamzee Kanani Davis (Dave), Misty Dawn Maple and Dusty Eve Adhikari (Raj); his close friends, Bill Twitchell, Jack Heppler and David Robinson; his wife Lucie Kayleen Lowe; his children, Tarpon Springs of Florida, Darin Ragozzine (Sarah), Kacie Annette Holdaway (Randy), Camille Ragozzine and Michael Ragozzine; and his sisters, Lorri Blanc (Farmington), Bonnie Swindlehurst (Beaver) and Jeri Fillmore (Glenwood).
