He is survived by: his wife Debra Sullivan; his sons, Eric of La Sal and Robert (Tiffany) of West Virginia; his grandsons, Jett18 of Brekken, D. C., Chase and Porter; and his siblings, John Swafford of Alabama and Rebecca Love (Gary) of Arizona.
