He is survived by: his children, Anthony of Kaysville, Nolyn of Houston and Ciara of Pocatello, Idaho; his close friend Charyl Polk Jackson of Pocatello, Idaho.; and his siblings, Sharmaine, Mike, Mark, Eric and Karen.
Viewing was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Rock Chapel (25 S 200 E, Kaysville, UT 84037). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
