She is survived by: her child Development; her significant other Blaine Albert Goff; her children, Kaysville and Nathan (Lesly); her pet Harley; her brother Brian Smith (Paula); her children, Darin (Lani), Rachel Berryman (David), Jared (Eloina), Mary Ellen Mason (Stephen) and Lindsey (Kayleen); and her grandchildren, Austin, Kayla, Rebecca, Carlos, Garrett, Cameron, Caleb, Ethan, Rowan, Conner, Leanna, Emilia, Cristina, Isaac, Jonathon, Emma, Jacob, Ammon and Abigail.
