He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudell T. Willey and Lillian Anderson Willey; his wife Barbara; and his siblings, Lois Willey (Penrod) and Gary J. Willey.

He is survived by: his children, R. Scott Willey (Cherie), Linda Smith (Clark) and Lesa Cox (Andy). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, and 32 Great-Grandchildren.
