He was predeceased by: his parents, Rulon Winton and Oralie Bailey Waite; and his siblings, Marilee Packer, Jan Waite and Richard Waite.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie, Rula Hunter (Robert) of Ogden and Ronald Waite (Patricia) of Kaysville. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers friends are invited to donate to The Olene S. Walker Institute of Politics and Public Service at Weber State University.
