He is survived by: his wife Ann Whitaker; his children, Carl LaCasce (Jacquie), Brett Whitaker (Carly), Cheryl Holbrook (Ben), Tina Baker (Breck), Nora Dummer (Craig) and Juli Laumua (Sam); and his siblings, David Allan Whitaker (Carla), Judy Eriksson (Bob), Sandy Blamires (George), Jean Gowans (Phil), Marie Stevenson (Rich), Cathy Turnbow (LaVon) and Carri Green (Jon).
