He is survived by: his wife Helen Harvey; his brother David Hough; his children, Nora, Tim, Michelle, Stephen and Bryan; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Andrew, Rachelle, Christina, Jacob, Camille, Brigham, Paige, Bryce and Tyler.
