He is survived by: his wife LuDean Madsen; his children, Kim (Alan), Steven (Mike) and Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Mark, Julie, Bradley Merrill (Morgan), Cody (Emily), Caleb (Michaela), Missy, Marcus and Zach Maughan; his brother Blair (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Carol DeMill, Dennis Madsen (Atina) and Kenneth Madsen (Tamara). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
