She was predeceased by: her parents, Parley L. Wagstaff and Eliza Blanch Wagstaff; her son Scott; her siblings, Duane Wagstaff and LaNea Rawson; and her grandson Bryan Jensen.
She is survived by: her brother Brent; her former spouses, Glen S. Purdie and Domenic Giaquinto; her children, Karen Breitenbeker (Dave) and Mark Purdie (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nicole Farrell (Peter), Michael Breitenbeker (Michele), Paul Breitenbeker, Kellianne Breitenbeker, Jennifer Chadwick (Jake), Matt Purdie (Kelly), Dan Purdie, Ryan Purdie and Chris Purdie (Jen); and her caregiver Jodi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
