We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2019, at the age of 79, Elton Over (Kaysville, Utah) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mead Over and Thelma Gertrude Dunning; his granddaughter Jessica Rae Barnes Leota; and his son-in-law Thomas Vance. He is survived by: his friends, Beginning, Skilled Groundsman, Lineman and Lines Crew Supervisor; his father-in-law Ray Odd; his wife Nancy Odd Over; his daughters, Laurie Rae Barnes, Lisa Ann (Kenneth Jones) and Lesley Gay Vance; his grandchildren, Samuel Barnes, Thomas Barnes, Preston Jones, Amelia Jones Olund, Adelyn Jones Willie, Lizabeth Jones, Quinton Jones, Nathan Vance and Sarah Vance; and his sister Vonnie Wilcox of Clearfield. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
