She was predeceased by: her parent Dolores May Morgan (Montgomery); her daughter Misti Daun Pitkin; her grandson Bryce Pitkin; and her siblings, Dottie Hord and Lynn Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Zane Day of Kaysville; her children, Kyle Day (Jill) of Kaysville, Brandon Vavricka of Peoria, Amanda Pitkin (Stacy) of Phoenix, Vanessa Paulino (Frank) of Peoria, Brittney Austin (Brady) of Roy, Shawnda Cheneler of Springfield, Brock Day (Amber) of Kaysville, Airyn Kussee (Kole) of Syracuse and Alyx Jensen (Brian) of Kaysville, UT.; her siblings, Loeni Wilson, Michael Smith (Mary), David Morgan and Sandy Corley (James); and her caregivers, Erin and Danita. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in honor of Debbie be made to Hospice, ensuring that other families facing similar circumstances receive the support and care they need during their final days.
