He is survived by: his wife Donna Gay Davolt; his siblings, Larry, Sam (Anna), Ida Lue Reese (Laurence), Byron (Janice) and Mary Spencer (Leland); and his sons, Richard, James (Melissa), Kevin and Brian (Sandy). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
