He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Staples; his children, Chad (Emily), Kami Conrad (Eric), Dari, Trent (Jaime) and Amanda Dipo (Tim); his siblings, Randall J. Staples (Kat), Paulette Staples, Denise Christiansen (Boyd) and Vickie Larsen (Eric); his mother Lorraine Stevens Staples; his son Garrett Steve Staples; his brother Gordon Brent Staples; and his father Alton Crane Staples. He was also cherished by six children, 18 grandchildren (and their spouses) and 7 great-grandchildren.
